Washington – Senate Bill 6345 Goes to Governor – Cell Phone Law Revisited

The State of Washington is in the process of  “upgrading” the cell phone and text messaging law.
The original text messaging bill (EHB 1214) passed in 2007 went into effect on January 1st, 2008.

Alabama DUI Laws – House Bill 87- Extreme DUI Would Double Minimum Sentence

Wyoming – Senate File 20 May Bring Text Messaging Law to Wyoming – ***Update**

Wyoming Senate File 20 has passed a second vote in the house.
The bill will now be sent to the governor who has said that he will sign the bill.
If the bill is signed, the new Wyoming Text Messaging Law will go into effect on July 1st, 2010.
